The construction of a prefab home is done in four steps. First, the concrete shell, or foundation of the home, is placed. This foundation consists of concrete piles between which concrete plates are placed. When the concrete frame is in place, the frames, windows and doors are placed. Then the gables and rafters are mounted. After this, the roof panels and roof finish are installed. As a final step, the wall finishes are installed. The insulation, interior paneling and concrete floor are also installed at this stage, if applicable.
The prefabricated homes are produced in advance and only need to be assembled on site. The shell of the care home consists of concrete plates and posts, where you have control over the shape of the building and roof. The use of concrete ensures that you can enjoy long life and consistent quality. To finish the facade, you can choose from wood, different patterns of masonry or a combination of the two. In addition, we also offer the option plaster-ready, which means you can have the facade plastered in-house. To ensure the perfect finish, you also choose the windows and doors for the home yourself.
