Precast structures are mainly made of wood, but we use concrete for this. This means that the walls are made of concrete. With precast concrete construction, the concrete is poured in advance at the factory, so it only needs to be assembled on site.
The construction of a precast concrete structure is actually quite simple. For example, the building shell is constructed for you from a building system of concrete uprights with the desired slabs attached. The concrete elements are cut to size in the factory, allowing us to achieve a short construction period for you. As part of the concrete system construction, the hardwood windows, doors and top gables are also manufactured in advance in the workshop. This saves a lot of time and you will ultimately see that reflected in lower costs, without compromising the quality of the whole.
Concrete system construction allows for a short construction period, while still being very flexible to your needs. Thus you can choose the look and possibilities of traditional construction or timber construction, so to speak, while on the other hand you benefit from higher speed, improved quality and lower costs. Our building system offers extensive possibilities. We work with a flexible system and can therefore provide customized solutions. We do not work in series but purely on the wishes of our relations. We can cover the concrete walls with, for example: impregnated wood for a natural look or with traditional masonry.
Other facade finishes are also possible; think plastic or a preparation for stucco. In addition, we can fully insulate the building for greater comfort. As standard, we work with hardwood windows and doors.
